Wootton Park’s resident bears Poderick and Lady Podiva were recently married – one year to the day after their first date on Valentine’s Day!
” We had the most amazing wedding day – it was well worth coming out of hibernation early for! We were married at our home, Wootton Park (how lucky are we!?) and the sun shone for us too 
. The salmon was delicious, the champagne flowed and we danced into the early hours to ‘The Bare Neces…sities’, Lady P’s favourite song. The honey sandwiches which came out in the evening disappeared in a flash – we hope we didn’t leave too much mess! Thank you to Ian Roy for the fantastic photography and all our lovely guests who celebrated our special day with us and made it simply perfect….. ”

Our newlyweds are now off on their honeymoon at their favourite MegaPod Pegasus to enjoy sleeping, eating more honey and relaxing in the hot tub.
